What is MAIMARA?
MAIMARA is a holistic store offering a curated collection of mindful products, including mala beads, gemstone bracelets, crystals, books and energy-clearing tools. We’re dedicated to helping you on your journey toward balance, peace, and self-discovery.
What products do you offer?
Our collections include handcrafted malas, gemstone jewellery, crystals, incense, and tools for meditation and energy work.
Product Questions
Are your gemstones authentic?
We work with trusted suppliers and ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. While we cannot certify every stone, we describe each product as accurately as possible.
How do I care for my mala beads and bracelets?
To maintain their beauty and energy, avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and prolonged sunlight. Store your pieces in a soft pouch provided when not in use.
How do I place my order?
Once at the checkout you can either checkout as a guest, or sign up for an account. We would always recommend signing up for an account as it makes checking out easier next time.
What payment method do you offer?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders using cheque's or postal order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. All UK order are sent via Royal Mail Track and Trace.
Orders processing takes 1 day. All shipped orders are delivered within two working days. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Wednesday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Wednesday.
Where do you ship?
Please note we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process all orders as soon as possible, you must request any changes/cancelations by 12pm the following day. All request after that time, will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
